+#### Initial setup
+Clone the repo using `git clone https://github.com/Altitude-Devs/Essentia`.
+
+#### Compiling
+Use the command `./gradlew build --stacktrace` in the project root directory.
+The compiled jar will be placed in directory `/build/libs/`.
