RoboMWM 22f7a5bd02 Provide an actual example in the feature request template 
A lot of feature requests are butchering the gherkin statement, so hopefully an example shows that the format and flow should be formatted as such.

This format makes it very easy to see what the feature request is and why it is wanted.

Shane Bee cc03fdcba8 Fix lectern permissions for spigot servers 
- Fixes an issue with players with correct trust level not able to put a book in a lectern when the server is running Spigot
- This "fix" isn't needed for Paper...
